Regular Visits
After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

A typical adjustment requires only about 15 minutes of your time. We have 2 adjustment rooms, so most of the time you will be able to go right back without a wait.
More pamphlets await you in the adjustment room! But not to worry, you only need to read one per visit, and they are short and interesting. When you are finished, the doctor will usually have you lay down on the adjusting table and begin to look for the places you need adjustment.
Dr. Rich typically does a manual adjustment unless the patient prefers the activator, and Dr. Cynthia adjusts with the activator protocol. The doctor will ask questions to make sure your adjustment does exaclty what it should. Before you leave, you will schedule your next appointment, unless you have already done so.
