Aikido, Lower Back Pain, Preventive Maintenance
“It just feels good to take a pro-active step in preventive maintenance on my spine considering the long hours sitting in front of a computer plus the aikido (a martial art) I do regularly. I have less lower back pain, feel more flexible and have more energy.” — Denise

Running, Severe Back Pain Treatments
“I had been experiencing low back pain for 10 years when I walked into Dr. Westbrook's office. I had never received Chiropractic treatment and was not aware of the benefits. I used to wake up many times during the night and now I can just sleep through the night comfortably. I had also started running and would experience severe back pain after long runs. I ran a half marathon for the first time in my life 3 weeks ago and I felt no discomfort. Life is so much better!” — Seda
